So professional and friendly. Loved the online calendar to book appointment. Follow up phone call for exact service was warm and welcoming. Listened as I pointed out trouble spots for the carpet cleaning. Gave great directions for care afterwards. Efficient too. Got right to the job and was thoughtful with care of furniture etc. Highly recommend.

This was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had. We first met the company after the Marshall fire when our home was being restored. They did a great job then and this last service was amazing as well. I will always use Steve's!

I wish I had before and after photos! Our dog chewed the carpet in two different places. I was able to get a quote (turned out to be 100% accurate) and book the carpet repair the next day. They were fast, friendly, and professional. You can't even see where the damage was! Thanks Steve's!
