Definitely can recommend Stor-N-Lock in Palm Desert. We looked at 3 different facilities in the general area - Stor-N-Lock had the cleanest facilities, the clearest pricing structure, the best promotions and the most helpful staff. Caesar and Michelle are great, answered all our questions and made the process quick and easy. Don't sleep on Stor-N-Lock!

Melissa and her husband were a great help and me finding a controlled environment storage space when we spoke on the phone. They were very kind and professional and handled everything perfectly. It was very easy for me to get the storage space and it happened very expediently. Im very pleased with their business procedure and accommodations with the store in lock company in Palm Desert.

Wonderful attentive owners who live on-site. Units are clean and air conditioned (for a slight increase in rent). So far, I feel very comfortable storing my stuff here.

I definitely preferred this self storage unit more than others Ive had before, Caesar was very friendly and professional, great help. The units are air conditioned which is amazing especially for our weather and the floors are very clean. Also safe environment for the consumers and items stored, not too expensive considering the facilities. Happy to find this place.

Ceasar and Michelle were awesome! Rented and stored my vehicle, all in 20 minutes. The unit was clean and dry, perfect for my needs. If you need a storage unit, check them out...they're the best!

Stor-N-Lock Storage came to our rescue. The staff understood our urgency and was able to accomodate our "we need it yesterday" request for two additional units close to the one we had rented for several years on behalf of a senior member of our family. The staff is always courteous, friendly and professional.
