At Stor Self Storage, we provide storage with a personal approach shaped by our own experiences as storage customers. We are a Minnesota family business involving two generations today and preparing to welcome a third generation into the operation. Extended family members contribute to our day-to-day work as well, so customers who stop by may find one of our family members on site. Our goal is straightforward: to be nicer, cleaner, and more caring than the large storage companies. We make affordable storage available through several rental options, allowing customers to choose the level of interaction that works for them.Customers may speak directly with someone at our location during office hours or reach a real person by phone during extended hours. Those who prefer complete independence can select our zero-talking option and rent storage online whenever convenient. We provide access between 5:00 a.m. and midnight, with drive-up, drive-through, and pull-up arrangements intended to make moving easier and limit unnecessary travel. Many storage units are accessible directly from a vehicle, and our temperature-controlled units offer multiple dock choices, a bay, and drive-through access for loading and unloading. A 16-foot moving truck is available free for one day when moving in with an affordable storage arrangement totaling at least $250 over time. For security, our properties are fenced and gated and equipped with modern access controls, cameras, motion-responsive interior lighting, nighttime LED wall lighting, and cylinder locks. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express in person, online, and by phone, but not cash or gift cards. The payment card must carry the customer's name used at move-in.

I had selected this company because they were family owned, have good security and you dont deal with automation hell. They had provided security when other companies, more nationally known, had evident theft and break in. They have provided good surveillance and worried with local law enforcement when necessary. I hope the personal relationship would continue with customers and they continue to provide hands on service like the family run business I believed I was supporting.

Courtney was amazing to work with, from move-in to move-out. When we moved into our unit, they provided a complimentary vehicle to help move our things, a map of where our unit was located, and all sorts of helpful information. Stor is bright, clean, and even cheerful. Staff were reliable, reponsive, and excellent communicators. Pricing was transparent every step of the way.
While we're grateful to live in a home where we no longer need a storage unit, we are going to miss our experience at Stor. If we need to rent a storage unit in the future, we will definitely return here!

We used Stor for our temporary storage needs. Everything from their registration, location, ease of access, and facilities were all top notch. I had a small hiccup with registering my license online but their staff were VERY helpful and responsive. I highly recommend using them for your short and long term storage needs.

Clean, safe, climate-controlled facility exceeded expectations. The drive-up access and clean well-lit facility is by far the best storage facility I have used. They have large elevators to the second floor and have plenty of carts to use. Customer service is second to none.

I have used many self storage facilities all over the country and by far this is the best one Ive been to. Not only do I feel that my belongings are safe and secure, but the staff was super helpful in answering all my questions. Harrison assisted me when I first came in. He was honest and helped me choose the right package for my valuables. Furthermore, each time I came in, the staff has been warm and welcoming, greeting me by name even! Like I said, Ive been to some sketchy storage facilities, this one exceeded my expectations three times over! I couldnt recommend Stor more.
