The on site manager at the Opelika location on Society Hill is wonderful! Takes such good care of customers loves her job and even remembered us by name after not seeing us for 7 months.

The staff was very nice, but their hours are incorrect. They do not have staff there on Mondays, so we couldn't return our rental truck to them. It is incorrect on Google and their front door, but the main office knew they are closed Monday when I called them.

Alesha was very helpful and very friendly. She called back just a few minutes after I left a message with information. Still have not heard back from others.

The property was VERY clean and neat. But who was the star of the show was Amesha. She answered all my questions (and I had many) and made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about what I needed for my move. She made sure I was set and ready to go before I left. I love her!

Really nice units, honestly the unit I had (30x12, HUGE) looked like it had never been used before. People in the office are super nice and helpful and the after hours lady I spoke with once was very kind and helpful as well. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Tiger Town has been very good and provided great service...I will admit that they're a little hard to get in touch with sometimes, or maybe this was just an instance of "telephone tag" to the extreme. No worries though as when I do speak with them - the Rep is always courteous, helpful, professional and works to get me what I need. I rent storage space for the summer break as my daughter is attending TU. The storage is always easy to access, clean (except spiders that my daughter is deftly afraid of) and otherwise an overall great experience. I highly recommend them.
My only worry is that they'll "blow up" and everyone will want to use them. LOL
