When you have a backed up kitchen sink everything stops. Of course it always happens on a weekend. We contacted Straight Shooter Plumbing on Sunday and they scheduled us for the next day. We called them because we had called them once before to replace a broken hot water tank (on a weekend) and it was a very good experience. They arrived on time and got straight to work.

We had a plugged drain on a sink with a garbage disposal. During inspection it was determined the clog was indeed inside the disposal and the guys were able to clean it out and get the whole thing working again. Both guys were very professional courteous and took great care to keep everything clean and dry. I was extremely happy with the quick response, the work performed and the fair pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!

I have used straight shooter 5 times now. Because I was so disappointed in other companies in North Idaho I cannot tell you how satisfied I was to call in and they showed up the next day. I haven't had the chance to use their services, however, next time or anytime I or anyone I know needs a plumber straight shooter will be who I call. I called because I thought I had what was a clogged drain. Steve suggested that it may be a full septic and suggested I call a septic company so as to not spin my wheels and pain for a plumber who may not fix the problem.

He then went so far as to find a septic company that has openings. He was an awesome guy and I can't wait to use their services. Thank you so much straight shooter, plumbing!

Moved a well filter from under my house to the side of it so that I didn't have to crawl under the house (with all the spiders) anymore. NIck was a super friendly guy and did a first rate job even though there was a few problems dealing with old piping to fit with new piping. I couldn't be happier with the job performed that day. Nick came out for clogged kitchen plumbing, but we found out the plumbing was in worse shape than it should have been in. He was able to come back out the next day and replace the whole line for a very fair price. The job was left spotless as well when they left even with removing some of the drywall. Excellent and responsive service. I definitely recommend these guys. We were opening our cabin for the summer and upon starting the water pump we found the main valve had burst due to the extremely cold winter. Called late on Tuesday and Steve came out the next morning to inspect the damage. It was an old non-standard pipe and valve. Steve was able to find required parts in town. He and was able to come back out in the afternoon to make the repairs. We now have water and couldn't be happier.

Our pipes froze and I really appreciate the quick and great response I got when I called Straight Shooter Plumbing. They came out the same day and were very efficient at finding the issues, Also, they took pictures so I could understand what exactly was going on in the crawl space. Steve was very expeditious, upbeat, & professional. We've been without a washing machine for almost 2 weeks. Steve at Straight Shooter plumbing has done work for us several times over the last year. One of the jobs was installation of a new water line into our house. Other plumbers did not want to tackle the job, but Steve gave us a bid and a schedule for the work to be complete. He did a great job. We have called for his services twice since then. He is timely, fair priced, knowledgeable, does what he says he will do and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Prompt and professional service, even on a Saturday. I called at 7:45 a.m. on a Sat morning, expecting to leave voicemail and hope for a call back on Monday regarding a leak under my kitchen sink. Nope. Steve answered, said he had an appointment but he'd drop by on his way to diagnose. He arrived ~30 minutes later, looked at the issue and immediately fixed it.
