(He even crawled under my home to check the duct work and look for a possible cut of switch that may of been causing the malfunction of the unit.) Shortly after, he found the malfunctioning part, replaced it and made sure everything was working properly by doing multiple checks of the system. Ivan was a very knowledgable, respectful and courteous man. Excellent work. Thank you.

Josh called me about 10 minutes later and came right over. My issue was fixed in a couple hours. Everyone went the extra mile to make it happen. Very very appreciative!!!

Great service by strand brothers plumbing team! I've had my tankless water heater for five years now and have never been able to get instant hot water downstairs. Multiple calls to the installer, Mr. Tankless, did no good. I got so fed up with this company I stopped calling. Today on a regular maintenance call i mentioned the issue to strand brothers. They looked through my manual, got on the phone with the manufacturer and fixed the issue. Big Thank you to Josh, Issac, and Gari! Value for Money
