Street Value Appraisals

Fee for service is NOT contingent upon close of escrow or property sale in case of Market Value Reports. Fees for cancellation of appraisal on day of inspection are subject to a$125 trip charge. In the event of cancellation after inspection, but prior to report delivery. A $200 fee will accessed. Orders cancelled following report delivery are still subject to the whole appraisal fee. Non C. O. D. Appraisals are expected to be paid in a timely manner at the close of escrow. Occurances of non-payment six months following the inspection of the property will be turned over to a collection agency.
