Chef Cole was born on an island off the coast of Maine where she grew up in the back of a fine dining seafood restaurant and chowder house. She began in the back kitchen baking pastries and muffins every morning then moved on learning all the different stations in the kitchen. She is classically trained in French Cuisine, graduating top of her class from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and going on to work her way through several of the best restaurants in the US.
