The Summit Federal Credit Union was originally established as the credit union serving the former Rochester Telephone Company employees and their families. The Summit received a charter from the federal government in 1941 and now serves the employees, family members and retirees of over 600 firms in New York State and through the country. Plus, individuals that live, work, worship, volunteer, or attend school within certain geographic areas can now become members of The Summit Federal Credit Union.
