People spend 1000's of dollars on home gym equipment, which they sell for a fraction of the price years later, or purchase a membership to a health club and never really use it until it's time to make those New Year's resolutions. They are either not motivated, not really sure how to use specific equipment, or don't know which exercises are right for them.
