Not just a bike shop, but a place where people were welcomed and encouraged. It was the beginning of a reputation for client service and excellence that would become known throughout the region. He pioneered concepts like free adjustments for life on every bicycle sold because he knew that Sunshine didn't sell just bicycles, they sold fun!
