read moreIn October of 1991 the Phoenix branch of Landa was sold to Greg Sprunk, who at the time was the one of the largest customers of the branch and owned a company called Superior Fleetwash Inc. From one truck that was equipped with Landa equipment, Greg developed a relationship with the local Landa branch prior to purchasing the dealership and by 1990 had purchased a total of 20 machines servicing the metro area of Phoenix cleaning equipment, parking garages, buildings and large fleets. In 1991, Landa had decided to sell their existing branches in the US and the Phoenix branch then became Superior Cleaning Equipment Inc.
