Had a great time today. I think my concern as with alot of my friends whether they are looking to loose a few pounds or more are always searching for more interesting ways to loose those extra pounds. I have found that dieting just does not work for me. I need to have at least three days of doing something that assists me take off the extra pounds that I don't need. Since I am only 5'4 a couple of pounds can really show. So I felt that your workout would be a much needed addition to what I already do on a weekly basis.
