Peter spent a lot of time looking at our current system, taking pictures to help explain in detail what our options were, and broke it down into the individual parts so we understood exactly what we were getting.

The very next day we had Dylan and Isaac out here installing. They were friendly, cheerful, energetic, neat and tidy, sweet (ok, not a prerequisite but still...), hard working, professional, kept us informed of what they were doing, always gave us a heads up when they were on their way, listened to our concerns and thoroughly answered our questions, and dealt with any issues with confident determination.

The company sends notices of who is coming to work with pictures and little bios. The price was good. We were really impressed and would highly recommend Swan. Thanks to everyone who helped on this project!

read moreA belated review from work that I had done with replacement of my furnace and air conditioning units as well as an upgrade to a tankless water heater. The men that came to do the work were professional in their demeanor, they got the work done in the time they said that they would (both replacement and upgrade took an entire day), they cleaned up well after the jobs and took care with covering carpets so that they wouldn't track things through the house. They are responsive when I call and great phone customer service. I still use them for routine maintenance and would recommend them to friends and family.
