Originally called Swift Air to look at my stand alone ice maker. Technician arrived earlier than expected-which was great. He was very knowledgeable about my ice maker. While he was here we asked him to look at our upstairs a/c unit-had gone out the night before. Within an hour a crew arrived to replace our 25 year old a/c! Very polite. Valerie at the office is great.

The salesman was very informative. I compared to other hvac company's prices but I didn't get the same timely response. My AC unit was replaced by very professional technicians. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up after the installation. Service:A/C system repair

Their prompt service—one the coldest day this year, Feb. 4th, our furnace quit vlowing warm air—we called them at 8 in the a.m., and they responded with aservice call a little after 10 a.m., and fixed the problem.

A big shout out to my Salesman Mark for helping us through the ins and outs of not only picking, but also financing my entire HVAC system. Once we were approved through their financing, their technicians came in and did their job. No mess was left behind and they made sure that everything that was done was explained. The technician, Gabriel, was courteous and provided a comprehensive explanation of the maintenance he was performing. I shared some concerns I had and he assured me he would forward them to his superiors to try to address them. Overall, it was a positive experience.
