Tarts and Truffles is a 27 year old Sacramento Bakery that specializes in custom birthday cakes, wedding cakes and many other special occasion cakes and pastries. What started as the brain child of pastry chef Judy Parks, has evolved into a gourmet bakery, combining the skills of award winning cake decorators, gourmet bakers and Judy's passion for culinary excellence.
