Taxi's Grill & Bar

Bill Johnette and Malcolm (Mac) Thompsen have been in the restaurant business for three decades. The Neon Goose was situated just S of the Old Market on tenth Street. It was opened in 1979 and in 1996 was sold to Spaghetti Works as a franchise operation. Bill and Mac opened a 2nd location at Regency. That was sold to Nick and Fred for Kiki's Crab House. Bill and Mac then created the concept for YOYO Grille and oversaw that operation for 3 years, as well as owning the Category One & Kitchen Gourmet shop for 8 years.
