Terry, Brooks & Brad were wonderful to work with, total professionals. A leaking water heater in the attic is a very stressful situation. Terry sent Brooks quickly and he was able to quote a tankless one to be installed the next morning. He was so easy to talk with. No high pressure sales tactics at all He even had me laughing, which I didn’t think was possible at that time. Brad showed up on time the next morning with a game plan so I knew exactly what to expect throughout the day. He kept me inform every step of the way and I felt very comfortable that him and Brooks had everything under control. At the end of the day Brad had me check to make sure everything met my expectations. And of course it did. Wonderful customer service!!! Value for Money
