Staff Apparel was established in 1984 by Chris & Gail Docky. From a part-time venture in their home it took 2 months to acquire their first official storefront (500sqft) on Western Ave in Green Bay. A year later that location had doubled to accommodate floor samples, displays, and tiny production equipment. Continued growth and referrals necessitated a new bigger location (1500sqft) in 1986 situated on North Military Ave. Over the following 7 years, Team Apparel expanded three more times in this location, adding employees & equipment to better serve their expanding client base.
