We began our property management company because we knew we could outperform other property management companies in the greater San Antonio area. We were tired of properties staying vacant too long because managers were not aggressive enough with marketing; maintenance and repair costs that were too high because property managers were not shopping their vendors; and tenants who were not staying long enough because their maintenance needs were not being addressed in a timely fashion.

read moreGreg Briggs was born in Guantanamo Bay Naval Air Station, Cuba, and as a US Navy dependent, attended 13 schools in 4 countries on 3 continents before graduating high school. Greg moved to San Mateo, California, in 1987 to open Terra Equity Investment Group, Inc. Greg has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker and real estate investor for over 28 years. Greg has specialized in "out of state" investments for California investors since 1987, and many of his current clients have worked with him from the start.
