Jacob came out twice...first to estimate and evaluate, and second to install a propane tank for a water heater. He was on time, personable, efficient, knowledgable, and got the job done beyond my expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence was absolutely apparent from start to finish. The location for installation for the water heater was unusual and could have been difficult, but it did not phase him in the slightest. Would use again in a heartbeat.

read moreWe've been loyal customers to Garnett Propane for over twenty years. They are always dependable for servicing our propane tank at a fair price. Recently, we installed a new HVAC system in our house and the technician told us not to use the furnace because the gas pressure was too low. I called Garnett about the gas problem and Jacob came out immediately to adjust the gas pressure to range so we were not left out in the cold. Jacob informed us that our regulators were over 25 years old and needed to be replaced. He installed all new regulators in our house to code specification. I highly recommend this company for all your propane needs.

read moreI've always appreciated the easy and consistent service that Terry Garnett's Propane has provided us. They are understanding and professional. They are willing to deal with my dogs and call me before they come out so I can have the dogs inside. They recently could not get in my back yard (my fault), but they came back shortly to make sure we had what we needed and the service man who came could not have been nicer.

All went very smoothly and quickly. He then called for a propane truck to fill the tank. LT came out and was friendly and professional. Thanks for a great experience.

Monday I was calling all over to get my tank filled as we ran out(again)in this very cold weather we got over night. After smelling propane in our home only to realize one of the kids had turned on the grill and it had been left on for at least a day, I panicked because of the strong smell of propane in the smell in the house and called TGP and left a message after hours. Rick called me right back and listened to my concerns and walked me through what to do. He then followed up with a text asking if it everything was OK! It's comforting to know that there's still great customer service out there!!
