Thai Caf was taken over in November of 2009 by owner Nuttapone (Nate) Paoinchantara. Along with his cousin, Wimolwon, as an experienced head chef, Nate wanted to create a restaurant that featured authentic Thai recipes and ingredients. Nate and Wimolwon, both natives of Bangkok, Thailand, wanted to demonstrate and preserve a Thai way of life within the restaurant by creating a relaxed and tranquil ambiance. Wimolwon feels the mood of Thailand should be present in every dish she creates, that is why your tongue will be excited with a variety of delicious creations.
