The Boiling process yields a hard exterior shell, while keeping the inside chewy, true to a New York bagel. This unique process provides a different bagel that most westerners aren't familiar with. The bagels are made and baked daily on site. We search for and use only the best quality ingredients for our bagels, cream cheeses, sandwiches, and coffees.
