The heart of our policy is this: MMP will not knowingly release, sell, rent or trade your individual information to any 3rd party without your permission, except to our merchants and/or business partners, or if we are committed in nice faith that the law requires it, or to protect our own rights and properties. We may transfer your individual information to a 3rd party in the event of a corporate transaction or restructuring (e.g. A sale, merger or other transfer of assets)
