In 1989 Rick Durkee entered the Insurance and Financial Services career as an agent for Prudential Insurance. After only 18 months he was promoted to the position of sales director. For the next 13 years he managed and trained agents for Prudential, New York Life, and Metropolitan Life while gaining the designation of the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) In 2003 he started what he calls his career until retirement and went back to his original love of the financial services business which was meeting with customers, helping them to plan for their longevity, and enjoying life after.
