I would recommend Jaz Chand without hesitation. She's knowledgeable, professional, extremely prepared and personable. In the years I've consulted with realtors she is by far the absolute best. I interviewed several agents, and Jaz was clearly the best. She was aware of the many nuisances and politics in the community I was living in, which other agents didn't mention. She mentioned a few items which would improve the chances of my property selling. Low and behold those items were key in the sale, which took less than a few days. I realize the market was robust and hot anyway, however her pricing and marketing strategy had much to do with its selling. Again, Ms. Chand is highly qualified and dedicated to her client, as well as very reliable and professional. Value for Money

Jaz, Michael and their Team helped us buying house in Brentwood last month. Jaz and Michael are very patient and honest realtors. Their team guided us in searching houses, educating about safe neighborhoods, about schools, whats worth and whats not worth. They suggested us upfront not to buy houses which are not in safe neighborhoods. They dint just try to make a sale but they worked towards getting us best house in great neighborhood. This review is long overdue. Which is quite the opposite of how Jaz responds to my husband's questions, inquiries and general peskiness. Sometimes my husband has a compulsion to text/call her whether it's early in the morning or late at night but she is always ready, willing and able to deliver our requests. Her expertise on the area is also quite remarkable. She really knows her stuff and guided us every step of the way into finally buying our new home. And yes, her accent is fabulous! Value for Money
