The K Company Inc.

We just replaced our old 80% inefficient furnace with a new Carrier 96% efficient furnace. The two man crew worked all day replacing the old rusted metal piping with new pvc piping and the new furnace. The K Company came back the next day to inspect the installation and make sure everything was in good working order. During our initial visit with Tom Wackerly, he gave me suggestions on how to apply for the $200 tax credit as well as getting another rebate from Dominion Home Energy Audit. The furnace is working great, my bills are lower and we are very happy with The K Company!

The K Company is an outstanding hvac business. I had my whole system installed in my home 10 years ago. Over the weekend my AC went out and Monday I had a tech arrive to change out the condenser on my outside unit. Joe handled everything while I was away from the house at work. He diagnosed the issue and went to get the replacement parts. He called me to keep me informed of the process and expected costs. The price was fair and actually less than I expected. He even went the extra mile and tightened a screw on my door to adjust it to close easier. I'd recommend the K Company to anyone needing hvac work.

We had an outstanding experience with the K Company. They came over to install an ERV system and we could not have asked for a more professional team. They we're on time, very professional and very dedicated to doing the job right. They also did an outstanding jog of cleaning up as we could not tell that any work was done in our basement once they left.

The two young men Joe and Austin were such nice guys They did a great job and explained everything very thoroughly. The salesman that worked with us Tom was also such a nice man.
