The Nanny Tribe (Nicole) was a saving grace to our family starting nearly 2 years ago! We could not be happier that we found the nanny tribe! Nicole worked closely with us to find us the perfect fit for our family. Since my job schedule is flexible, we were having trouble finding a nanny that could help us. Then we found nanny tribe. They worked with us to find us a nanny that had differing days each week which was something I could not have found on my own. Love that all the nannys are prescreened prior to you interviewing them. Finding a qualified nanny can be really difficult, and dealing with proper payment is a huge headache for families. Nicole is wonderful and works hard to find the right fit for your family. She is committed to both the wellbeing of the family and the nanny and checks in along the way to be sure everyone is thriving. I started working for The Nanny Tribe March of 2019 and I can't even begin to express the love I have for my job. It is so convenient as you can build your own schedule. The communication between you, The family, & Nicole is 10/10. I was so unhappy with my job prior to working for the Tribe and Nicole has made it a priority to reach out to make sure you are comfortable where you are with your families and does everything in her power to give you full time hours.
