The Nine FSU

The Nine at Bellevue is a student living community like no other in Tallahassee. Our development will consist of nine four bedroom/four bath homes, Less is more is the concept for this site. Instead of filling every inch of the property with apartments and townhomes, we currently have decided to build fewer units and make each unit free-standing instead of attached, delivering more green space, more parking, and more breathing room. The developer is building an environmentally-friendly community. All homes built in the nine will be Certified Energy Star Rated.
