I hired Patch Boys for ceiling and wall plastering work. The previous contractor was very sloppy, but Gustavo and Frank did a great job fixing all the issues. I also used them for painting the entire apartment and for some wood trim work. Gustavo is very communicative and accommodating, especially when working around other contractors in our apartment. Their rates are reasonable, and Ill definitely use them again in the future.

Sal was great! Got there super on time and was out in less than 2 hours. I have a grated roof and it blends seamlessly with the rest of the ceiling. He was personable and we also had a great friendly conversation. I would use them again and recommend them to any one for patch work!

Sal came to do a patch on our ceiling. I was worried it would be apparent there was a hole there before and its in our main living space. I was pleasantly surprised that it looks brand new like nothing was ever patched. Sal was friendly, fast, professional, clean and a master craftsman. Highly recommend Patch Boys!

Patch Boys, Gustavo and Ed (who came and did the work) were exceptional! I needed some work done on "shorter notice", including patching larger wall and ceiling holes prior to an insulation project. They were accommodating and the quality of the work was excellent. I will be having them back for future projects and have already recommended them to neighbors and other contractors I'm working with.

If a white ceiling could be a work of Art, Ed from the Patch Boys of Boston NW did it. My ceiling is so perfect - I could not be happier. In getting the assessment, Gustavo was very knowledgeable and among all the contractors I approached for a bid, he was the only one that actually did a physical check of the ceiling, not just looking at it. His pricing fell between the lowest and highest bids I got as well. I found the Patch Boys of Boston NW to be very fair, and accommodating, and their work is amazing. I am so grateful to them. :

Gustavo and his team did a great job repairing our popcorn plaster ceiling which had begun to bubble. They ivestigated the issue to understand the underlying problem and spent the time to fix it correctly. The repair required multiple coats of plaster during a very humid weather period, but they completed the job on schedule. The communication and planning were great - very responsive by phone and email. I have no reservations recommending the Patch Boys of Boston NW

We had a pipe burst during the January -15 degree weather. After the plumber fixed the pipes, Gus, Ed, and Frank from Patch boys came out. Estimate was awesome, and they worked within the insurance budget for all the water damage we had. Their work was truly amazing fixing three ceilings, walls, and destroyed paint by the water. They were responsive and finished everything really quickly. They will be our go to people going forward for this type of work.

I want to recommend The Patch Boys of Medford for drywall and plaster repair. They were very responsive, great about coming when they said they would, and did outstanding work. Sal, who repaired holes left recently by the plumbers and fixed a crumbling area of plaster behind a thermostat, was super professional, tidy, and explained exactly what he was doing.
He checked in with me by phone before arriving, which was greatly appreciated. Its clear that he is a real craftsman and knows his trade. He also provided verbal instructions on how to paint the repairs, which were followed up in writing by Gustavo. Can't say enough good things about this experience!

I had an exceptional experience with The Patch Boys team. There were multiple cracks in the plaster in my bathroom walls and ceiling, some quite severe, which went back to renovations from a few years ago and - as I found out - did not make for an easy repair. Gustavo was extremely responsive to my initial inquiry and throughout as we coordinated the details.
He was up front with planning and expectations and is someone who is a pleasure to do business with. Sal performed phenomenal work on the repairs themselves. A true craftsman, he was able to walk me through everything he did and give me a much clearer understanding of the issue, the complexities involved, and a great appreciation for the final results, which were outstanding. Needing to get repairs done at home is never all that fun and being able to work with people who are honest, direct, communicative, and extremely capable makes a world of difference.
