We had low expectations when we lost hot water and water pressure in our shower two days before Christmas. Mike responded quickly, came out ON Christmas Eve, and had it fixed so fast (and in the middle of having guests over for the holidays). Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness!

This company was an absolute life saver. I was called by my tenants on a Saturday afternoon because of a bathroom plumbing emergency. After many calls to companies who couldn't assist, I was very lucky to find Perfect Service. Mike was able to get there in about an hour, fix the problem, and charged an incredibly reasonable price considering it was an emergency on a weekend. I will be calling them first from now on.

Mike and the team did a fantastic job with a sump pump installation, taking careful care of my (almost 100 y.o. home) he was knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to upsell anything we did not need or ask for. This is what most people are looking for and cannot find these days, a rare gem! Thank you Mike, for the hard to come by, honest and professional service. We were in a bind with so many conflicting bits of information and you were able to help us navigate this installation with expertise and compassion.

Joey came out to our home in SE Portland and did an honest job with very reasonable pricing. We had two others come out who quoted us SEVEN times what Perfect Service charged. Joey was very helpful and easy to work with. When Mike answered the phone he was very nice and accommodated us the same day, even though they had an already very full schedule. I def recommend and will use again!

Mike came by in an emergency within an hour and literally saved our holiday - We wouldn't have been able to shower through a long holiday weekend without his help. He knew exactly what he needed and showed up with it. We are customers for life!

Mike has come to our rescue twice now. We first called on a Sunday evening with a serious issue and he was at our door first thing Monday morning at 7:00 AM. He saved our basement from flooding in no time at all. The total cost was $103.00, Even though he had a fully booked day he made the time to come by and fix our plumbing! Look no further!

My husband and I just bought an older house and decided to replace our toilet ourselves. Lets just say, it did not go well. Being after hours on a Saturday night we thought wed be bathroom-less for at least the night. We called Perfect Service Plumbing and left a message asking for help. Mike gave us a call back that same evening and was able to come by with in the hour. He was extremely friendly and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Needless to say, he will be the only plumber we call for anything in the future. I cannot recommend his company enough!

The Perfect Service went above and beyond to quickly fix our toilet water line in SE Portland. It needed to be moved to accommodate a new toilet and Mike came out ASAP, fixed it for 1/4 of the price we were quoted from another plumbing company, and was so incredibly fast and helpful. Can't recommend him enough!

Im a female & it can be annoying to try and talk to dudes about home repair because they have a tendency to give you the run around Mike did not. He seemed confident in my ability as a homeowner to try my own fix, but also didnt make me feel like an idiot when the problem was a simple shower head issue

More Like Perfect Service

This is an easy review to write. On Saturday, 9/6/25, my sewer line backed up. There was a bit of flooding in the basement. Drains and toilet weren't working. I called Perfect Service and got a very quick response. Mike was at my house in about a hour. He flushed the line. Everything was working again! However, a camera inspection revealed old clay pipes with extensive root invasion all throughout and at every joint. He recommended a new sewer line. He insisted I get three bids before agreeing to use his company. Three days later, the new sewer line was put in using the trenchless sewer line replacement method. I now have a new sewer line! My garden and yard were not impacted or damaged. I am very happy. I give Mike and his crew all the stars available. Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain is an excellent company: honest, reasonable pricing, with top-notch work.
Perfect Service Plumbing is now my go-to for all plumbing issues. Thank you, Mike!

A drain-snaking job morphed into a much larger and much needed repaiir/upgrade of some faulty galvanized pipes in our lower bathroom. Joey was immediately responsive in scheduling an appointment and also suggesting toilet replacement (for which he directed us towards a local vendor and instructed us to use their account to receive a lower price).

Upon arrival, Joey and Mark got down to business. We stayed out of their way and much industrial-themed noise occurred. They both would occasionally pop their heads in to apologize - which was totally unnecessary - considering they were obviously making improvements on our systems - and a few hours later, all work was done including the installation of our new toilet.

At the conclusion of the work, Joey and Mark walked us through the repairs, suggested a bit more work, and presented us cost which was extremely reasonable. This was a positive and professional experience and we have no hesitation about contacting them in the future for any of our related needs.

I live in Milwaukie and Mike came highly recommended. I had a block in my sewer at the main, he came out quickly and hydrojetted that baby clean! My husband was happy to learn we had no cracks or breaks and now the line is clean. His price is very reasonable. The mascot is really cute too!

This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Mike came out and diagnosed the problem on a Sunday and we had a new working toilet on Monday! Joey did the removal and install. Excellent work! If you need any plumbing work, this is the place to go. I will definitely be using them for any other plumbing need.

Mike was able to help us with an emergency plumbing situation and not only was he able to quickly diagnose the problem, he also set us up with another great company to help with water damage assessment. We felt like he heard all of our concerns and came up with a great plan to make the repair. I contacted Perfect Service to fix our sink that wasn't draining. After scheduling them to come out a few hours later, Mike called and offered to have someone out in about an hour which was great. Joey came out and snaked the drain, made sure it was clear, gave me a recommendation to keep my pipes working well and even cleaned the area around where he worked. It's right there in the name, The Perfect Service is truly the best. Mike and his team do very high quality work at very fair prices and best of all they are super communicative, punctual and really nice to work with. From the emergency moments, saving us when we had burst pipes in the middle of the night, to the functional, replumbing our entire house, to the beautiful, installing fixtures in our new kitchen and bathrooms, they do it all well. It's hard to find good people doing good work, but they are the best. Cannot recommend highly enough.
