I must acknowledge the Roof Doctor for the excellent job they did adding Siding to my house and replacing the Roof on my shed. I must also convey a special thanks to Tara who was profoundly professional, impressively informative and uniquely understanding and willing to work within my budget. Kelly was also professional and respectful. Tara nor Kelly ever pressured me by attempting to sell me something I did not need. Tara was always honest, and she answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The respect, kindness, professionalism and understanding that Tara rendered was impressively unwavering!

The excellent high quality work that Steve, Jerry, Charles, Carlos and the other individuals who were assigned did was impeccably impressive! The crew always arrived on time. They treated me with the utmost respect. They never left trash or debris on my property at the end of the day. I have been a homeowner for 38 years and I have never hired anyone who has impressed me the way the Roof Doctor employees impressed me. They truly exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend the Roof Doctor to anyone who is seeking high quality work at a bargain price!

I researched this company and it was a fantastic reviews Keith the one that came out and was in charge was fantastic helped us in every way. The gentleman that put on the roof and took off the old one we're totally professional helped us in every way answered every question and resolved anything that did come up I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I called the Roof Doctor because my roof was getting old and I was concerned about potential water damage. Tara met me at my home the following day for a consultation. After going over several options and picking the best one for me, Tara put me on the schedule. When the roofers came out to do the job, I found them highly professional both in the way they explained the process with me and the way they carried out their work. The best part was, they were done in one day! This company is top notch and I cant recommend them highly enough!

We received 3 bids for our roof/gutter work on Tumwater Hill. Roof Doctor's price was very competitive, but in the end, the estimator Keith was the reason we went with them. I felt like Keith was truly interested in doing a great job, and more than that - he followed through by checking in on the work days, making sure our specific needs were met, and the team did awesome work. Tom was especially experienced and helpful on the work team. I'm so satisfied with the whole experience and heartily recommend them as an experienced, competitive, and thorough team.

Chris was in the neighborhood when I flagged him and his partner down just to pick his brain and he was wonderfully confident that he had roofed our house years ago! He was happy to pull up the previous estimate and explained todays current price points. Weve had two other estimates but I feel like the roof doctor doesnt play any games and will be the best choice for us

We had a great experience with the roof doctor. Chris & Keith came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof. The roofers were out (7 of them) within a short time. Theyre Hard workers. Within a day, we had a new roof. It has a 40 year warranty. When people drive up, they say: Our Roof Color, POPS. It is really nice. We are very happy with The Roof Doctor. Thank you.

I have used the Roof Doctor to replace roofs on two homes and three rentals over the last 25 years. Their price has always been fair, quality workmanship and the jobs wrap up in one day. And when there have been any issues, which is rare, someone is out right away.

The Roof Doctor has cleaned my roof and gutters many times. They always do an excellent job. They haul away debris and leave the job site clean. I know that I can depend on them to do everything right. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have had complete tear off and roof replacement. Once in July 2003 and recently in June 2023. They were not the lowest bid, but were easily the best value. The crew showed up, completed the job in one day the first time and 1 and 1/2 days the second time. Cleaned up the yard perfectly. No flat tires either time. The new roof and gutters look great. The first roof never had a leak ever but started to show its age due to lots of trees around our home. They are the company to check out, you will not be disappointed.

The Roof Doctor is excellent. They were quick, provided excellent explanations, and produced a great looking roof. I appreciate all the time they took to explain things to me and showed me pictures and product samples. When the job started, a large group arrived and got our roof replaced in 1.5 days. Office staff is super helpful and the warehouse manager has been there over 15 years. The sales staff has been there longer and they know what they are talking about.

I know they are starting to install solar roofing so I'll be back to get that product for my current residence.

The Roof Doctor was a wonderful company to work with. We received weather damage to our roof along with leaking into a second floor room. We requested a few bids and while The Roof Doctor was only slightly higher (~$200) it was Tara's professionalism, responsiveness and clear communication on what services we'd get by hiring them that made our final decision much easier to spend just a little more.

We received interior repairs by a very thorough carpenter who removed and patched the water damaged ceiling. He repainted the ceiling and now the room looks better than when the damage occurred.

The large task of the roof was completed extremely efficiently in one day with a well-equipped crew. The team cleaned up after the job was complete and it was a minimal disruption to our household when you consider the task of a full roof replacement. I'm extremely satisfied with our choice and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Roof Doctor if you are in need of roof repair/replacement. ~Anthony

Austin and Will came out to do a roof repair for me we were immediately impressed. We could tell how much knowledge they had and how much pride was going into their work. The leak is gone thankfully and we won't hesitate to refer The Roof Doctor to anyone in need.

Keith Brent, and his crew came out and replaced not only my shingles but the wood underneath, pretty much my entire roof, vents yesterday. Wish I could remember the rest of their names but I will tell you that you could not ask for more competent people who answer your questions and act like they genuinely care about your concerns. I felt like they really wanted me to understand some of the process while updating information to me as they were working.
