You have a bath or kitchen remodeling project. You need a flooring expert, a finish carpenter, a plumber, and an electrician for the job, and you hire them yourself. The electrician just shows up one day, does a bit of work, and leaves without telling you when he's coming back or how far he's gotten. And that happens over and over again. The finish carpenter returns your 1st couple of phone calls, but after he's gotten your 1st check, you can't seem to get a hold of him. The plumber blames his slow service on the electrician, the finish carpenter, on anyone he can.
