The entire process was simple. I was given a fair price and options at my initial consult. We communicated via text prior to the start of the job and during. The crew was on time, cleaned up and completed the job according to the schedule. John, Jana and Dallas were all amazing during the process. I have recommmended them to a friend already.

Had a roof replace in February at my residence, Matt was awesome, very helpful and they did a good job with a fair price. Had to get a roof repair on a rental house recently due to Idalia and fallen tree branch. Contacted Matt who got Dallas to get with me. Very quick response time, and schedule of service to repair the damage. Dallas provided good information on repair process, scheduling and communication. I came across the roofing company after seeing an advertisement on one of their trucks. We needed a roof replacement. After speaking with two other companies we decided to go with them. Charlie James who came to quote us was very patient, quick and responsive in everything we asked or needed. All of the company staff, from the phone calls to the office to the crew supervisor Dallas, have all been kind and respond quickly to any questions/help we have needed. I highly recommend them, genuinely an efficient, knowledgeable and reliable company/service.

After my husband and I vetted 8 roofers from the State of Florida authorized MSFH contractors list, these guys met and exceeded all our requirements. Honesty. You don't meet Charlie James, sales exec, you make a friend. Charlie ran all over the place to find us a unique item we wanted, asking nothing in return. He discusses waste and hidden damage up front, unlike most roofers.

Always available, no telephone tag. A real pro. Workmanship, exceptional curb side appeal. Dallas and Carlos kept us up on status throughout the job. Great follow up. Cleanliness: not a nail, nothing left behind, bushes covered, several passes with the magnetic equipment. Even hand cleaned the roof drip/fascia. Who does this? John came to to our home to look over our roof for possible damage. Without a doubt, he was one of the kindest, most polite service people we've ever had to our home. He took his time to explain the condition of our roof, and was very thorough in his inspection. Our roof was severely damaged after being struck by lightning during a recent storm. After receiving several different estimates we contracted with The Roofing Company to do the repair. One of the reasons for doing so was their outstanding reviews. Another reason was because they don't use sub-contractors, only full time employees of the company. Every interaction I had with anyone from the company, from Jennifer Melo in the office, Matt on the telephone, and professional roofers RJ and Jose left me feeling confident we chose correctly. First of all just let me say that this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have had from any contractor that I have dealt with in quite a long time. Dennis came out to give me an estimate and was very knowledgeable and professional. He went over all my choices and different costs and warranties. When it came to doing the job, the crew came on time, set up and started the job in 20 minutes. He helped us pick a great color for our roof, so knowledgeable of the roofing business with his many years in the field. He was always available to answer any questions we had. The shingles arrived on Friday and were placed on the roof. At 8:00 AM on Monday Dennis and his roofing team arrived and they were all amazing. Great professional job. From the outset sitting down with Dennis Wood to the finish, this company has checked off every single box as professionals, quality of work, efficiency, and great office staff who answered all my questions - no matter how small. From start to finish and clean up, this crew was great and I highly recommend The Roofing Company every opportunity I get.

In our community, the homeowners association is responsible for roof replacements. We initially solicited a contract to do the first 11 buildings. In the bidding process, we spoke with Matt Lentz and Chris Hloska at The Roofing Company and were very impressed with their responses to all of our questions. We were especially impressed with the quality of the roof shingles and other materials they use.

Not so much with some of the other bidders. The Roofing Company bid was the lowest and there were no extra fees. Once the roof replacements began, their crew ensured that they proceeded smoothly and quickly. They always left a clean job site at the end of every day. Their project supervisor, Dennis Wood, was instrumental in this process. He quickly resolved any issues that occurred and always kept us informed as the job proceeded as to when the work crews would be here and the status of any pending issues.

In the end, the 11 buildings were completed in the time frame specified at the beginning of the job. In summary, we were very impressed with The Roofing Company and would highly recommend them for anybody having a roof replacement job done. Ken Mason

We just had the most wonderful experience! We contracted The Roofing Company for a new roof job. We met with Dennis Wood, the supervisor and decided this was the company for us. From start to finish, it went smoothly and efficiently. The actual roofing job itself, handled by their Crew Leader, Ezekiel and his team of men, took 1 day to complete the job!

We needed a new roof so we got 4 estimates from company's with high grade reviews. The Roofing Company sent their estimator out and he spen't the most time on the roof inspecting and measuring. He then went over the estimate with us, provided numbers for different options, showed us what was and wasn't included, and gave us a schedule. Their cost was competitive, but but not the lowest (but they were all within a few percent of each other so cost wasn't an issue in the decision). But, we went with them because their measurements and estimate were the most detailed and that gave me confidence that extra work wouldn't be tacked on after the job started.

They did a great job and the cleanup was perfect, no debris or nails in the yard. Their communication throughout the scheduling, work progress, and inspection was flawless. I can't recommended these guys enough!

Very honest company. We had them come out and give us an estimate on our home as well as a rental home. They could have tried to sell us two roofs however, they were honest and said that we still had life left in our roof and it did not need to be replaced at this time. The communication was immeasurable throughout the process of replacing the rental home roof.

The materials were on back order however, they called every week or two with an update. They took before during and after pictures to let us know what was going to be replaced what was replaced and what they did replace. Dakota menace out there for a final inspection and we had a few items of concern. He had people out within a few days to address our concerns and then scheduled another walk around with us.

When he came to get the check I actually had to cancel due to a flat tire. He knew my husband was out of town and offered to come change my tire for me. Although I declined I appreciated the offer. I would definitely recommend the roofing company to my friends and family and will be using them in the future.

I had a great experience with the The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay who repaired my flat roof. They responded to my inquiry for an estimate before the other two companies I contacted. The estimate was fair market price. I'm a DIY guy and asked a ton of questions all of which were answered with patience. The work was completed on schedule and they even had to work around rains from tropical storm Barry. What really makes these guys stand out is the quick and attentive communication with the office staff. I plan to hire them for future work.

This is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with and actually one of the best companies over all that I have ever used. Their professionalism is unmatched as well as their honesty and great work. They're pricing is extremely reasonable. They did my mom's roof and some minor repairs on our roof. They do not try to sell you something that you don't need which is very rare these days it seems.

They honor their quotes even if you don't get work done immediately and call them back several months later. They do not hike up their prices. Chris and his crew and the guys and girls in the office are extremely responsive and helpful. This roofing company was professional is every way. We just had our roof replaced by The Roofing Company due to Hurricane Irma damage and old age. Carlos and crew came in, ripped off the old, repaired and then replaced our multiple leveled and peaked roof with skill and precision. They were thorough and hardworking. They did an great job from the start all the way to the clean up!

Well the guys showed up bright and early at 7 am which was a happy surprise. They explained what was going on and then got straight to work, I was in and out all day and the guys were working their asses off. Very professional guys, keep me informed when some things needed to be changed. They called me to tell me everything passed inspection so very good on communication. Called every Friday to let me know I was in their schedule and I was even moved up a few weeks because of a free spot. I would definitely let these guys do any of my roofing needs from now on. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
