I LOVE going to the Smile Spa!! Every time I go, I feel so welcome from the moment I walk in the door and through my entire visit! The check-in process was easy and seamless. The first time I was treated there I filled out a form where they asked about my history, which I so appreciated - it's clear they want to make sure to get to know you (and your oral health) well so they can provide great treatment! Their assistant was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Taking X-rays was so easy and quick! Dr. Joelle explained everything she saw and what her recommendations were. When I returned to get my cavities filled, she made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment! She even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was feeling okay. I did not feel any pain during the visit at all, and afterwards felt good as new! Dr. Joelle, Dr. Shawn, and the entire staff make it an amazing dental experience every time I'm here! They really treated me like family! Highly recommend!!

I love The Smile Spa and everyone who works here! Im so glad I found it via recommendations and have been recommending it to others as well. The doctors are both fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional but also very personable and kind, explaining things simply, kindly and without judgement. All the assistants and everyone who works at the front desk are great and I cant recommend this office enough! I dont dread going to the dentist anymore and that is pretty priceless.

Dr. Joelle and her staff are amazing! They have treated me with the highest level of care and kindness during each visit. She is treating my jaw pain with Botox, has taken care of extensive dental work (all with sedation!) and has fitted me with a new night guard. Im so happy to have found her. Shell be my dentist for life! Id give her 10 stars if I could!!

No hidden charges. They have great integrity and take great pride in their work. The doctor is very hands on and prompt. I am a new patient at The Smile Spa, and had my first visit with Dr. Joelle yesterday. The office is beautiful, and the staff is kind, patient, and professional. Dr. Joelle is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to truly explain what was going on with my persistent clicking/popping jaw.
Ive had jaw popping for over 10 years, and no one has been able to clearly explain the cause or offer real solutions. Dr. Joelle was able to provide answers and a treatment option during my visit, which was such a relief. I finally feel hopeful and excited moving forward.

The Smile Spa has been a great experience for me! I had to have my wisdom teeth out that I had been putting off for at least a year, and I came into the office as a new patient. Dr. Joelle gave me a thorough breakdown of my x-rays and made me feel extremely comfortable about the entire process. Dr. Shawn completed the procedure a week later, and it was much simpler and easier than I expected! Made a full recovery in less than a week. Not to mention they are extremely personable and it feels like they genuinely care about you as a patient and as a person! 10/10 would recommend them to any family and friends, easily one of the best dentist experiences Ive had! Ive had bad dental experiences in the past and did not want to go to the dentist. I broke a tooth so had no choice. My daughter in law and grandson had been to the Smile Spa and had a great experience so I called them for an appointment. I decided to do full mouth restoration to address all at one time. I had surgery 2 weeks ago. Extracted 3 teeth, 6 implants, sinus lift and bone graft. Got my stitches out today. A couple of days of discomfort was all!! Dr. Nguyen is amazing! Luz, his assistant made me feel comfortable. Looking forward to next steps with Dr.Joelle Elahad! All staff is wonderful! Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing recent experience at the SmileSpa with Invisalign - better even than when I had completed a previous round under care of an orthodontist. The customer service here is also unmatched. This team has gone above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort by providing accommodations for me as I am an immunocompromised patient. Overall, the SmileSpa is full of absolutely lovely people and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new dental provider!

Was recommended smile spa by a friend towards the end of 2024. I ended up getting full top and bottom veneers & I was over the moon with them. I have a lot of friends with veneers and I would confidently say mine look better. I have also kept up all my standard maintenance at the smile spa and the service is amazing. Highly recommend, especially if the dentist is something you fear.

If theres ten stars Id be more than happy to rate it! The whole staff and doctor Shawn Nguyen are a top notch dental team. Theyre so professional and so friendly. Whatever concerns and/or questions I had, I would text them and they would usually respond promptly. Doctor Nguyen is so skillful, so knowledgeable and so smooth at what he does. He and his staff went out of their way to explain everything before during and after each treatment. I love their clean and cozy office and especially their dental high tech equipments, all new high technology that I havent seen anywhere else. Thank you so much for making all my dental treatments at Smile Spa a wonderful experience.

This is truly a spa-like experience. From the minute I walked in, the staff was welcoming, nice and calm. They are wonderfully efficient. I felt very comfortable with the male dental assistant who helped fit me for a mouth guard; he explained every step and piece of equipment and checked in to see if I had any questions. As promised, my mouthguard was ready within 3-4 days. It even has my initials on it! Joelle, the dentist, made sure it was an accurate fit and told me to come by anytime to have it professionally cleaned for free. I am so happy with the service I received at The Smile Spa. In fact, I prefer to go there and pay out of pocket over my HMO dentist. The difference in professionalism and service is profound.

Dr. Shawn was super nice! I came in because of a postcard flyer that I received in the mail. I made an in-person appointment and they gave a very thorough quote on invisalign and veneers. The suite is beautiful, sparkling white. It was a whole wonderful experience and everyone there was so incredibly friendly!

Smile Spa is amazing Dr Joelle and Dr Shawn are fantastic they make you feel right at home especially with their massaging chairs. Their staff is exceptional. Can not say enough good things about them. If you are unsure about your dentist or if your looking to change your dentist you need to go check them out.

After moving, I wanted to find a new dentist nearby. I had been receiving the Smile Spa cards in the mail for a few months and (after some Google research) decided to give them a try. Wow. Im so glad that I did. State of the art office and treatments. Super friendly and pleasant staff and Dr. Joelle was even more amazing. Very upfront about pricing for any upgrades or improvements. Such a pleasant experience. Christine is a superstar. Needless to say, Ive found my new dentist.

I will start by saying I am the "I hate the dentist" person. After a traumatic childhood dental experience, I have avoided to my best ability. I broke a molar and was in significant discomfort and took straight to google/local Mom's groups for referrals. Smile Spa came up and after reading all the reviews, I was sold. I was SO anxious. I had to force myself into the appointment. The team from the front office all the way through the x-ray process made me feel like I was talking to friends or visiting a routine salon appointment.
Fast forward to meeting Dr. Joelle and Dr. Shawn and I was immediately at ease. Learned that the tooth I broke was actually my wisdom teeth and had to immediately have them removed within a few days. Here I am one day "post-op" on a deep cleaning and all four wisdom teeth extractions and I can easily say the experience was phenomenal. I will no longer put off going to the dentist as I have found my safe haven! The recovery I am experiencing is nothing like that of peers or family members who have had wisdom teeth removed as an adult, which is an absolute testament to the skill of Dr. Shawn.
An absolute heartfelt thank you to all at The Smile Spa that truly left me smiling when all I wanted to do was run beforehand!

Once inside the office Sadie checked me in and got all the forms and insurance information filled out immediately.
The next thing I had done was a 3D picture of mouth and jaw area. Quite impressive.
Doctor Joelle took her time and explained my xrays in detail,giving me my options and her professional opinion.
Without a doubt I scheduled a second appointment to follow through with my dental needs.
If you are looking for a clean,professional dentist office this is the one!

Smile Spa is a beautiful office (elegant, clean, and very fancy). Love that every exam room has big windows over looking the luscious green mountain backdrop, what a view to get your teeth cleaned!
