The Studio of Photographic Arts (SOPHA) is a photographic center situated in historic Manchester, NH. We currently have over 6, 000 square feet of studio, classroom, and gallery space to cover the requirements of photographers - new and experienced alike. SOPHA was cultured and developed BY Photographers FOR Photographers. With the inspiration of many, we took our collective experiences and applied them to a new venture that appeals to a array of photographers, from classes for the beginner to a complete service studio for advanced shooters.

read moreOur studio space is on the second floor of an industrial building in Manchester, New Hampshire. We rent studios principally to our Members, but we rent to non-members as well. We are heated and air conditioned, have plenty of on street parking out front, clean restrooms - everything you should expect! Our studio includes the gear! That's right: our studio lights, modifiers, stands, grip gear - it is all included in the studio cost. Most photographers simply bring their camera bag, and we have all the rest!

read moreThe Studio of Photographic Arts (SOPHA), an 4,500 square foot rental studio and photographic community in Manchester, New Hampshire. SOPHA was founded in 2006 to support photographers of all levels by renting equipment, providing instruction, and offering the coolest space possible for its members to practice and display their art. While we are run like much like a co-op, with member photographers using our space and our services as they need, our services are available to non-members as well. SOPHA is supported by a great Staff of experienced photographers.
