I had a bad divorce.custody and he didn't give up. My "ex" finally got someone with "child" and finally signed the papers. But the firm never gave up after 5 years. Hopefully I won't have to recommend them. But I will.they fight for you. Always. I thank them for being there for me and my daughter.

I called Spagnola Law Firm because I had a time sensitive legal issue. Ms. Owens received my call and listened attentively to my concern. Her response was I believe we can help you with that. The attorney is on vacation and will return next Monday. When do you need this matter completed. I said no later than Wednesday of next week. She took my information and stated she would get it to the attorney first thing upon his return.
Next day I get an email stating she spoke Attorney Spagnola and he advised her to go ahead and assist me. Further information was shared and the result I am a very happy man as my plans will continue on schedule without my having to forfeit a large sum of money and receive no benefits in return. The Spagnola Law Firm demonstrate to me what service is all about, take care of the needs of your customer as soon as possible and expertly.

I hired Mr. Spagnola to help battle my crazed ex-wife in a bitter divorce/custody dispute. I was awarded sole custody of my daughter. Again, I'm the dad and I got SOLE custody! Oh and as far as division of property goes, my ex got NOTHING. Highly recommend!
