Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Scott Ziegler, I am an Assistant Principal and retired Police Chaplain for the Virginia Beach Police Department. I was authorized by the courts to perform the rite of marriage in July of 2000. I have performed well over a hundred weddings through the years mostly for friends and associates. I began A Beach Wedding because I saw that there was a need for quality wedding officiants in Virginia Beach and all of Hampton Roads, Virginia. My philosophy is that the couple should be the decision makers when planning a wedding ceremony.
