I have been delivering psychotherapy to individuals, families, and couples for the past thirteen years. At the heart of all the work I do is my desire to empower my customers while relieving them of their emotional distress. My treatment is offered in a caring, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. The thought guiding my approach to treatment is that in order to relieve psychological/emotional distress there must be a change in how one thinks about his or her problems, and a change in the behaviors that may contribute to the maintenance of the problem.
