In 1945, Thompson and Little. Started by selling provides only. Not many years later the government started to push upgrades of school kitchens and Thompson and Little decided to focus there. Lucille and Wilbur O'Quinn worked vigorously to keep the local business and grow it to what it is today. Sales started to pick up in the late sixties. With his experience as a welder in World War II and the time he spent at Low Temp Fabrication, Wilbur opened a metal shop division. At the same time his son, Danny, came back from college and started working in sales.
