John G. Nelson and Alexander D. Thomson have been practicing together in Whittier since 1960. After 18 years with a former company, they formed the present company in 1978. The company has built a solid regional customer base representing a broad array of closely held businesses as well as nationally recognized nonprofit associations. The company's attorneys are divided into two general practice areas. One attorney handles transactional and tax matters, including negotiation and documentation of business and real estate sales, advising nonprofit associations, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.
