True professionals, my A/C went out unexpectedly and I made an emergency call on a Memorial Day weekend. Although, busy they came to my aid, from the initial call, to keeping me up to date on arrival times, the communication was top notch.

Shawn went above & beyond! He is the nicest guy you will ever meet and works very hard at making the client happy! We didnt feel pressured and he didnt take advantage of us in desperation! I felt very comfortable with him and he made sure the job was done right and the client (us) were happy! Sad we wont be seeing him much hopefully now! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing an honest AC guy!

My compressor and txv broke down. Fortunately compressor was under warranty. Shawn did all the calls to get the parts for replacement. Shawn was knowledgeable about his job, answered all my questions and was honest too. Definitely will recommend him.

Great experience with Cool with Empire! Mr. Shawn Nimoh arrived early for the appointment and was very professional! He was very detail oriented and drove across the city on a weekend to get the correct part to fix the A/C system. After getting the part, he fixed the issue in about an hour! I highly recommend Cool with Empire and Shawn!

They were able to fix our air so we are now comfortable after having a service call 3 times from a different company. We know that it might be temporary but at least we have been cool and comfortable all weekend. Having gone from 2 days before Hurricane Helene until Friday without air. Cannot thank them enough for the great service we received.

Shawn, the owner, was very responsive to my needs. Showed up when he said he would. Very quickly determined what the problem was with the AC and promptly repaired it. I was pleased enough that I hired him to do my annual maintenance on the unit.
