Keith grew up all around the upper Midwest. His moves total more than twenty, with states including North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wisconsin & Minnesota. Keith graduated from Washington Senior High School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 1985. He attended the local Community College and was a Disc Jockey at KAUR 89. 5 FM. He then relocated to the Twin Cities in 1987 to attend Brown College for a degree in Radio Broadcasting. After researching a career as a DJ Keith changed his mind, his research showed that successful DJ's need to move around regularly to different stations.
