We're situated in a 5, 000 sq ft standalone building (NOT in a Mall or in a Strip Center) that we own, with an upstairs/downstairs configuration, and a Cigar Shop that occupies the whole 2nd floor - about 2, 200 sq ft. The 1st floor of the building, in a two-story atrium like area, we currently have a Pipe (Nording, Peterson, Savinelli) Pipe Tobacco & Accessories area, a client smoking and lounge area, a Golf Art Gallery with a huge and very good range of golf art.
