We are Brenda and Tom Woodruff, owners of Tom Woodruff Signature Homes L. L. C. We both grew up in Midland and graduated from Midland High School. In 1973 we married, and Brenda successfully supported Tom through Texas A&M University where he obtained a B. S. Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He did graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington. Tom Worked as an Aeronautical Engineer for the Vought Corporation in Dallas and spent time on assignment at the Johnson Space Center at Houston.

We will exchange all of our pleasantries, our sales team will make sure they have figured out why you are looking for a home, what you are looking for in your new home, and finally.
