Total Baseball is an indoor baseball/softball training facility. We provide nine indoor batting cages which utilize the Iron Mike Pitching Machine. These machines have an arm attached to simulate a real pitcher's delivery and never throw the ball in the same place twice. All machines throw real baseballs and softballs. Our facility contains an 80' x 100' indoor infield with a padded astro-turf surface allowing individuals or teams to field ground balls. We currently have 3 tee stations set up allowing for tee work and soft toss. Some different kinds of training bats are available.

We do not require you to have a membership or take lessons to utilize our facility - we are simple, family oriented and welcome everyone - regardless of your ability or intentions. Whether you play school ball, travel ball, rec ball or are on a date night, we welcome you to visit. We've been serving central Alabama for nearly 20 years. Through all those years, we have always tried to keep it simple which helps keep costs down and save you money. Hitting should be fun and purposeful!
