Authorization is required for returns of equipment and appliances. Equipment and appliances must be shipped back to us unused with original packaging and packing intact in order to receive full credit. A restocking and/or repackaging fee may apply. Custom-imprinted items are not returnable unless an error was made in production. We work diligently to produce your order to your exact specifications.
