My quoted time was maybe 40 min depending on traffic and he came in 25 min!!! We were freezing our butts off and whenever he arrived he even tried to help find the problem he tried jumper cables on my car and took a look under the hood as well!! Most of the time these guys come and they are mean, dont communicate with you, dont empathize with you, but with 360 towing, was the complete opposite! He gave me words of encouragement and helped me push through the bad day that I was having. The process couldnt have gone any smoother!
