We had a leak and one of my friends recommended this business. They were able to fit us in the day after I called them. Brett was polite and was able to explain the issues. He cleaned up all of the drywall that he had to cut out to fix the leak. I would absolutely use this company again if needed.

Excellence response time, and they didn't charge me for a follow-up appointment to troubleshoot my tankless hot water heater that had been serviced only a week prior. Service like that is rare these days. Truly outstanding customer care and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They replaced our water heater the same day, and did it carefully and professionally. Today we called them for a problem with the faucet which turned out to be minor, and they didn’t event charge us.

The team was very professional and well within the timeframe of when they would arrive. Explained what was wrong and price to repair then quickly shopped for parts and cleaned up after install and tested.
Also checked water pressure to make sure all parts would last.

Bought a new gas stove and needed the gas pipe in the wall adjusted for the stove to position flush against the wall. The technician came out on time, was professional, fixed the issue, and made sure everything was working before he left. I seek out smaller companies for a more personalized experience, and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend Towne Plumbing.

This was the second time we have had to get a plumber out to our house this past year and these guys are phenomenal! Easy to make appointments, they come out quickly, do quality work and keep the damage to your home at a minimum. I will not trust my home with anyone other than Towne Plumber!

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and they had next-day availability, which was a huge plus. I even received a confirmation email, so I knew everything was set. The plumber arrived early and called ahead to ask if it was okay to come sooner - which I appreciated. The job was to adjust the gas line behind the stove so my new stove could sit properly against the wall, and the plumber completed everything quickly and efficiently. Great communication, fast service, and top-notch professionalism. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Towne Plumber was incredible! They scheduled my service promptly and accommodated my availability. Jake called ahead of time to confirm the time of his arrival. He was professional in every aspect. He diagnosed my problem and repaired it quickly. After repair, a small leak in a copper pipe was exposed and he repaired that too! Price was very fair and I'm grateful to now have a trusted plumber!
