He holds a bachelors degree in law, master's degrees in commercial and international comparative law, a JD magna cum laude, and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Hamline University's Dispute Resolution Institute. Allan has fifteen years knowledge in commercial legal practice and since 2001 has been involved in business, hotel and human resource management. He has property and hotel interests.
